Great food, extremely fast to call in. They’re always accommodating and the food is always amazing. Perfect if you want a quick Chinese food meal, they’re very generous with the portions and it’s always fresh. Highly recommend.
This has become our favorite Chinese joint in town. The food and service is 10/10, but I would never dine in..the restaurant is super outdated/aged. But the food and service makes up for it 100%. Support a local family business and order here
The food is great! It is basically a pick up American-chinese restaurant. A word of advice, tack on another 30-40 mins to the time they tell you that your order will be ready.
This Schezwam Noodle and Chicken & Black Bean sauce dishes are amazing. I’ve tried all the Schezwam dishes on the westside and this is a 5 star. Chicken dish was loaded with chicken. Delivery was quick and order was piping hot. Seriously had to blow on my food.
Seems to focus on takeout & delivery which is what we typically get (vs dine in - not really anywhere to sit). We get our regular dishes which are always great, so much so we don't really get Chinese food anywhere else. The dinner for 4 is a pretty awesome deal and you can pick your entrees. Huge portions, definitely recommend. My fave is the Fried Ginger Chicken (& beef is good too) and the thick Singapore noodles.
Tonight we ordered the chicken chow mein, sesame chicken, and beef & broccoli, and as always, everything was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were extremely generous (just like every time we order). Thank you for another incredible experience! Can’t wait for our next meal.

Even tho Wok Inn has messed my order up on 2 different times, including forgetting to put my Steamed Rice in the bag, I still Tip Cindy because she always Greets me with a Smile and is very Friendly, plus she's always willing/wanting to make things right when there's a mistake, like offering a Free Meal next time I order. Looking forward to my Free Combo D (Fried Rice instead of Chow Mein) with a Small Steamed Rice next time I order. I truly Appreciate the good gesture in lieu for All the boo boos that happened the last 2 times I ordered. Cindy gives Great Customer Service, just like how C/S used to be back in the day! All in all, the Wok Inn in Westbank has Good Food, the Food is always Hot and the Customer Service is exceptional as well... Thank You Cindy & Wok Inn Westbank for the good food, and for the good service too! Way better than the Rutland Wok Inn! Kim
